Semolina balls cooked in a lentil and vegetable stew. Lots of flavour and mint.

Vegan, can be turned into a carnivore dish with beef.

Stew: Assume you are a witch and you are about to kick ass in your cauldron or not, up to you.

Because lentils can be harsh on some digestive systems, prepping them right or blasting them in an instant pot is a good idea. Ergo, let them sit in water for at least 24 hours prior to regular cooking or just use an instant pot.

Balls: mix all the ingredients and start to pour water with small quantities, depending on your semolina you may need more or less water depending on absorbency.
